We loved the Brockley Jack Studio theatre so much, we’re back there again for an exciting week exploring the classic Dickens’ tale.
The is our first adaptation and (sadly) we couldn’t include it all in theatre show.
Set against the back drop of the French Revolution; a time of deep uncertainty and summary violence, our version focuses on the love in the story, and how it is expressed when the world around you is falling apart.
How do you hold people accountable after so much oppression and when is the time to forgive versus retribution?
